Explainer

Company president, Matthew Monte, supports our team of writers, designers, and developers in generating top-of-the-line branding for businesses across the U.S. He provides our clients with a unique blend of expertise across traditional business silos, from engineering to sales and intercultural communications. He was born to love words, to take complex and ambiguous issues and make them understandable. He'll attempt to explain anything you ask, so approach queries with caution.

learner

With a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering, he has substantial technical experience in engineering, numerical simulation and documentation. Along with his educational background, Matt has 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, with emphasis on B2B. He speaks German, does pretty darn well with the Swiss dialect, and has workable Japanese. He avoids jokes about tobacco products.

doer

Matt guides the team to ensure the client achieves the desired results for their target market and audience. Our clients rely on Matt to discover what makes them awesome and piece together a compelling story. He contributes to the naming, messaging, and writing tasks; handles photography and audio/video recording; and develops 3D animations. He prefers Canon to Nikon and knows that good tripods are sorely undervalued in modern society.

Matt's favorite projects

We've had the honor of working with representatives at Nevuokas since our company's beginning. It's always exciting to watch them grow and this project is no different - bringing goods and services from the Upper Peninsula and expanding them to reach Texas markets with logo design, product photography, brochure and case study design, and even the creation of t-shirts (with a bite)! We also love thinking about the GatorBar branded truck driving around in Houston for extra brand visibility.

Any time I get to use CAD software to model brings me back to my engineering roots. The lobby is another way we can help attract the next generation of engineers - by offering an inviting place to sit with a friend and catch up on deadlines.
