The LenMed Thermal Cycling Medical Device (TCMD) cycles hot and cold water through a flexible polymer pad placed on a patient’s skin to promote blood flow and speed the delivery of medications to a desired site. The goal of MC’s efforts is to gain investors and/or licensors of the unit and its technology for use in hospitals, nursing homes, athletic departments, and physical therapy centers.
MC began by creating a simple logotype for the branding and choosing fitting color palette for the medical industry. They then used the industry-leading Maya software to create a 3D animation of the device, showing its function and adding a voiceover explaining the benefits of thermal cycling treatment. MC created a website showcasing the animation and utilizing the brand identity to garner interest in the technology.
